Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-Edmonton South By Ihg, Edmonton

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the places we wanted to go, close to the wedding's reception venue. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and microwave, which was impressive. The service was really nice and friendly, with courteous staff accommodating our needs. The dining experience offered a good variety of hot and cold food to kickstart the day, although sometimes it got busy. Overall, a good value for money stay.

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our needs, providing clean rooms with very comfortable beds, yet the initial room had noisy A/C. The staff was friendly and accommodating in arranging attached rooms at short notice. As a Vegetarian, the breakfast options were limited but the location near South Edmonton Common shopping was a huge plus for us.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though a bit run down, suited our needs as we were expecting adult children to visit over the weekend. The service provided by the friendly staff was super nice and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The location, while central, seemed to have deteriorated since our last visit. The dining options had some variety but could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
